Mix well immediately so that there are no lumps. - Cover and cook in low flame for 2 -3 mins - Meanwhile, peel the mango skin. - Grate the mango or use a food processor, chop the Mango into very tiny pieces.Do not forget to remove the seed of the mango.
- Add sugar, cardamom and mango to the sheera. - Mix well breaking the lumps. - Adding sugar will make the sheera thin but after cooking for 3-4 mins, it will reach the desired consistency. - Cover and cook on medium flame for 2-3 mins. - Add 2 tablespoons ghee and mix well. - Serve warm !
