  2. Get 100 gm salt
  3. Take 2 tbs Turmeric powder
  4. Make ready 25 gm roasted dardari Methi daana

  6. Make ready 30 gm jaipur ya degi mirch for beautiful colour
  7. Take 25 gm Fennel seeds
  8. Prepare 50 gm yellow mustard(half dardari +half sabut)
  9. Get 10 gm mangrala/kalonji
  10. Make ready 25 gm ajwain
  11. Get 1/2 tea spoon hing
  12. Prepare 1 cup mustard oil (raw)

We can simply chop the Raw mangoes and add salt and red chili powder and prepare a yummy pickle. But this grated Raw Mango Thokku is always special and tasty.   2. Grate them and mix 1/2 tbs haldi and 2 tbs salt and mix nicely in a glass container and keel it in sun for 2 days
  3. After 2 days mix all the masales in the grated mangoes add oil also
  4. Mix everything very nicely. And keep the container in sun fr 2 days
  5. Yummy achhar is ready to have in meals and breakfast with puris,and parathe,

It is made from sour raw mangoes. These raw mangoes are finely sliced with their skins still on. Spices are added to increase the flavour and enhance the tang. Raw Mango Pickle: This is my version of traditional North Indian recipe of Mango Pickle which can be preserved for more than a year and can be enjoyed The pickle is ready and will look like this.
