  8. For sugar surup we take 500 gm sugar and 1 cup water in a vessel. Then we mix them till the sugar dissolves. Make do taar ki chashni. Add ealichi powder and mix well
  9. Now break the muthiyas into smaller pieces. Then in mixer grinder grind muthiyas into fine mixture.
  10. Now take a sugar syrup in a pan. Now add the muthiya powder in sugar surup. Then add milk powder to it. Mix all these ingredients together.
  11. Now take a greased tin or tray to set the barfis. Spread the mixture evenly in the tin. Then garnish it with some almonds and cashew nuts.
  12. Leave it for about an hour so as to it set the barfi properly. After one hour cut the barfis in equal pieces.
