Instructions to make Tomato Bisque:
  1. Add garlic, onion, oil, and rice to soup pot and cook til onions are opaque and rice is slightly browned.
  2. Add tomatoes, stock, salt (optional), and pepper. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. Puree.
  4. Add Heavy Cream and simmer 15 minutes.
  5. Garnish with Cheese, bacon, parsley…OPTIONAL.
