- Wash and wipe the raw mangoes
- Now cut in desired pieces and add haldi and salt and let it dry for 4 to 5 hrs.

- Now add all the masala in oil and add dry cut mango pieces nmix nicely
- Ur achhar is ready keep it in sun fr 3 to 4 days and shake it twice a day so that masala get coated on mango pieces
