  1. Take a Kadhai or Pan add 1 Cup Desi Ghee heat for 1 min then add 1 Cup Dryfruits and Stir well fry for 1 to 2 min and keep aside.Take 1 Cup full Cream Milk add 1/2 Spoon kesar and mix well your Kesar Milk is Ready and Keep aside.
  2. Now in Remaining Desi Ghee add 25O gm Semolina or Suji Roast on medium flame for near about 7 to 10 min till Light Brown in Color and keep aside.
  3. Now in a Pan add 2 Cup Water then add 1 Cup Kesar Milk and boil it about 5 min.
  4. Now after boiling Kesar Milk and Water together and Slowly slowly Semolina and Suji and Stir continuously Afterwards add Sugar 1 Cup, Cardamom Powder 1 Spoon,mix well and Stir continuously lastly add 1 Cup Roasted Dryfruit with 1 Spoon Desi Ghee mix well and Serve it hot to the Platter.
