- Again microwave the Amla pickle for 30 seconds. Turn off the microwave and mix it. Again Microwave the pickle for about 1 minute 10 seconds. Once it is done. Take out from the oven.
- Cool it. And store in a Air tight container. You can use this pickle for one year. Ready,…to serve….with hot….steam rice and dal
