  7. Lower the flame. Cover and cook until all water evaporates. If desired add more ghee. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on a low flame.
  8. Switch off the flame and keep covered for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Serve Pineapple Sheera or Kesari hot or Warm.
