  4. Sub masle dal ke mix Karen or 5 minute ke liye pakayen.itna pakayen tomato Pak jaye
  5. Phir potato dalen.
  6. Potato dal ke bonen ke ghee uper a jaye
  7. Ghee uper a Jaye tu 2 cup water dal ke normal anch pe 25 minutes ke liye rakh dein
  8. Palak ko Pani main dal ke 10 minute ke liye. Paka Lein alag se.or Pani chan lein
  9. 25 minute baad jab potatoes Pak jayen tu us main boil palak dalen
  10. Palak or potato ko mix Karen or zeera dalen
  11. Phir 8 se 10 minute pakne rakh dein.mazedar Alo palak ready hai.ab serve Karen

The word Subzi means vegetable curry or stir fry in Hindi. Heat ghee in a pan, fry cumin seeds along with spinach-onion paste and simmer for a few minutes.
