  3. Add 1/2 cup sugar, cardamom power and mix very well without any lumps.
  4. Mix well till halwa leaves the sides completely, becom a whole mass.
  5. Keep mixing till ghee starts to ooze out in the sides of kadai.
  6. It will turn glossy too.do the whole procedure in medium heat. it takes just 3-5 minutes to release the ghee.remove in a bowl and garnish the chopped cashew and almond.serve warm or cold.
