  4. Now for making gravy for paneer bhurji…heat butter + oil In another pan..Add ginger + garlic + green chilli paste…Saute…add all dry spices of gravy(written above).Saute..Add tomato puri…Stir..Well….Add water as required…And cook for a min..
  5. Now add prepared paneer bhurji in this gravy pan…mix well…And cook coverd for a min.or 2…till oil comes on the surface..Add chopped coriander..And garnish with grated paneer.
