  1. Clean the Palak
  2. Cut the small pieces
  3. Add the water leave it for 10 minutes because the step is very important lots of dust in Palak then soak after 10 minutes u see all dust is down in base of bowl
  4. Heat the oil then add chopped garlic
  5. Little bit fry
  6. Then add red gol mirch and fry golden colour
  7. Also add peel and cubes cutting potatoes
  8. Fry for 5 minutes
  9. Then add soaked palak
  10. Then add salt and red chilli flakes
  11. Mix and cover palak release the water and potatoes should be soft. Flame should low to medium.
  12. Looks like this water is evaporated and potatoes are soft
