Now take out the palak in a platter and add wheat flour, Salt, carom seeds, asafoetida, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, some oil and make a dough. Now take lemon size balls of it and roll puri.
  4. Now take oil in a pan to fry the puri. Take rolled out puri and fry them in pan till they become golden brown in colour. Now serve palak puri with chana aloo Subzi.
