  5. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and cook for 10 minutes and let it boil. In another vessel boil Spinach when it comes to boil cook for 2 minutes and wash it with cold water and let it cool.
  6. In a mixer grinder take bolied spinach, add boiled onion ginger garlic and make smooth paste
  7. Deep fry the potato. Heat some more oil in kadai for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add Spinach paste,add a bit water in mixture jar and add in the karai now add fired potatoes and mix well. If you think the thickness is very much you can add water
  9. When it comes to boil add 1 tsp of Garammasala and 1/2 tsp of rosted cumin powder and now cover it and cook in low for 10-15 minutes
  10. After 10-15 minute check the potatoes are cooked now add cream and mix well. And Alu Palak is ready. Garnish with cream.
