- Now add chopped onions and cook for 1 minutes, add chopped tomatoes cook for 1 minnutes.
- Now add salt, Red chilli powder, garam masala and mix it well.
- Add potatoes mix it well and add spinach leaves mix it well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Put lid on kadhai and let it cook for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes off the flame and aloo palak is ready to serve with roti.
