- In the same oil and pan, add garlic, onion, ginger, and saute for a minute then add tomato & cashew. Take it out. Let it cool.
- Make a smooth paste of this.
- In the same pan, add a little oil.. cumin seeds, and this paste. Cook for a minute, add all the spices. Adjust gravy by adding some water.
- Put potatoes and cover for 10 mins on low flame.
- Add kasoori methi.
- Serve with rice or chapati & enjoy.
