- Wash the rice well.socked it 10 minutes.
- Take a microwave bowl add ghee.keep it microwave for 10 second normal temperature.
- Then add methi saag, cumin seeds 1tsp,bay leaves 3ta raisin,keep it for 20 seconds.
- Now add socked rice and sweet corn 2tsp salt and sugar,keep it for 13/15 minutes.
- Please check it after 6/7 minutes gap.
- After that cooking is complete, good smell is all over your home.
- Choto aloo dum:: first wash it well.
- Take a microwave bowl add potatoes and keep it for 16/17 minutes.
- Then peel off that potatoes.
- Now take a microwave bowl add oil cumin seeds, bay leaves, green chilli, elachi, keep it microwave for 10 second.
- Then add ginger and garlic and tomatoes cut into small pieces,,cashew nuts paste keep it microwave for 30/50 second, stir it also.
- After that add potatoes and water 1/2 cup keep it microwave for 10 minutes.when it complete add garom masala.
- Now it's for serving with methi poalu and cucumber,thank you.
