- over medium high heat add 2 tbsp of butter to pan melt and coat pan add hot & regular jimmy dean sausage to skillet and brown
- add 4 tbsp of flour to the browned sausage next add milk to sausage and flour stir till thickened and to that add pepper and salt. Take off heat set aside.
- remove biscuits from oven slice all 8 open add 2 opened biscuits to 4 plates pour sausage gravy over opened biscuits and spray Pam in a frying pan and make 8 sunny side up eggs add black pepper and serve 2 eggs side-by-side per plate.
