  1. Prepare 2 bunch methi leaves
  2. Get 3-4 potato small cut pieces

  5. Get 1 tsp amchoor powder
  6. Get As needed oil

Instructions to make Methi Aloo:
  1. Chop and wash meethi leaves carefully. Add salt and red chilli powder to taste, add potato and mix well, add amchoor powder.
  2. Now heat oil in a wok add methi pieces, cover it and cooked on low flame,until done serve with steam rice.
