Steps to make Upma Sheera:
- First in a pan add oil whn hot add rai urad dal let it splutter
- Now add slit green chilli and curry leaves
- Add semolina and saute fr 3 to 4 mins add salt as per your taste
- Now add hot water little by little and keep mixing it (approx one and half bowl of water)
- Cover it and allow it to cook on slow flame
- Upma is ready
- Now in another pan take half bowl semolina add 3 tbsp ghee to it and saute it you can add nuts like cashews and raisins and charoli
- On another keep one and a half bowl milk to boil and add kesar to it
- Once th semolina is sauté the well add hot milk to it and mix it well now add sugar as per your taste and cook it on low
- Lastly add crushed cardamom powder and serve
- Enjoy both together
