Instructions to make Pineapple sheera (sweet halwa):
  1. Dry roast the suji(semolina) until it becomes slightly brownish in appearance.
  2. Put some ghee in a pan and roast the cashews/raisins well
  3. In a separate pan put some ghee again and add the pineapple chunks, mix well with sugar and add the kesar/saffron to make to make the yellowish color
  4. Add 3cups of water and when the mixture comes to boil add the dry semolina, cover it as the mixture may splatter.
  5. Garnish with the chopped nuts/raisins

Pineapple sheera is best served hot or warm. if you like a sweet breakfast, you can also make kesari for breakfast. You can also serve it as a dessert after your meal.
