Instructions to make Moong Dal Tadka Recipe:
  1. Wash the dal and soak for 1 hour. After 1 hour boil the dal. (add salt,hing and haldi powder)
  2. Take a pan add ghee. Now add jeera, rai and fry.
  3. Now add ginger and garlic and fry for 2 mins. Now add dry red chilli and green chilli fry 1 min.
  4. Now add dry masala and mix well and add dal.
  5. Add as required water and boil 3 to 4 mins on low flame. Add coriander.
  6. Ready dal Tadka.
